Saber Opera Print
For his May 2011 show at Opera Gallery in New York, Saber has released a superb 10 color print done here at Modern Multiples. The print was released there only during his show “The American Graffiti Artist”.

This second flag print by Saber came right after the collaboration mural he did with Shepard Fairey. A lot of work went into this one separating by hand every color that went down on this beautifully textured paper.

This stunning print was all hand separated, 18 stencils hand painted by the Saber himself. Multiple split fountains and reductive stencils take the actual number of colors in the print to 28 including a spot varnish on top.
